Positive Negative

This definitely applies to female and male players. The only difference is the amount of muscle fibers that women and men typically genetically inherit. Women nearly always have less muscle fiber than men, however they can both train the muscles to jump in the same way.

When training women I typically place a greater emphasis on movement efficiency and form at the outset of training as well; boys and men tend to naturally have greater form and movement efficiency, but this is not always the case.

Does that help?
