I currently have an injury, should I get started anyways? Will this affect my results?
Staying healthy is extremely important. The Jump Manual is designed to avoid and prevent injury. If you have sustained injury I would recommend a visiting your local physician and following their exercise recommendations. Even if you are not able to engage in a full training regime, there are still some exercises that you should be able to participate in. Do not be a hero and train with a severe injury, this will only end up frustrating you even more.
This being said I do provide exercises and techniques that are EXTREMELY effective for more nagging injuries such as patellar tendinitis, knee pain, goin pain, hip pain, lower back pain etc...
