How much time do I rest in between sets?

Rating: +0

Positive Negative

The majority of the exercises are meant to be at max effort, because we are training you to jump higher, which require a maximum effort. Thus you want to have sufficient rest to perform a max effort without being hindered by fatigue. Usually 2 – 4 minutes should be plenty, but if you are still fatigued, can’t lift the weight as well, or can’t jump as high give yourself more rest time. The key is to be able to give a maximum effort. If your rest time is so long that your muscles get cold, than it is counter productive.
